Greetings!

A group of Queens residents has been meeting to discuss how to improve access to healthy, fresh, and affordable foods within the borough. Preliminary plans are under way to start a food cooperative in Queens. This survey about grocery shopping will provide data for that effort.

Anyone who lives or works in Queens or North Brooklyn is encouraged to take this survey. It will take approximately 10 minutes. All data will be kept confidential.  No data will be shared with outsiders or commercial entities.
